Meet Charles Feather……

Hi…my name is Charles “Chick” Feather and I’ve been active in residential, new construction, commercial and development real estate for many years working as a Realtor, owner and corporate employee. My first sale was in 1974 and through hard work I became the proud owner of two successful Century 21 offices in Wisconsin. During that time I was blessed with the best sales staff in the country listing and selling over 2000 transactions. I personally achieved several honors and designations including Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and an appraisal designation from the State of Wisconsin. In 1986 I proudly represented West Central Wisconsin as their President of the Board of Realtors and was named Realtor of the year in 1987.

In the early 1990's I branched out into the unknown and helped launch the new to market wireless service with Verizon and T-Mobile. My wireless career took me from California to Florida where I leased and built over 300 wireless retail stores and had the privilege of launching new markets with Jamie Lee Curtis. My years of limo’s, movie stars, CNN interviews and Lear Jet’s came to a close when the wireless consolidation and mass expansion ended. With that portion of history filed away I then happily returned again to the Upper Midwest to renew my contacts and continue with my Real Estate career.

Most recently I have been working with KW Commercial, the commercial arm of Keller Williams Real Estate in Minnesota. My role as a Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing with KW was to attract and assist landlords, owners and investors and assist them with the vast opportunities available in our Commercial markets throughout the United States and Canada.

My relocation back to Central Wisconsin coincided with the expansion of Coldwell Banker Brenizer and the addition of their Commercial Division. Joining Coldwell Banker, Central Wisconsin’s #1 Real Estate Company was a natural fit. Mike and Gary Brenizer and their offices in Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Menomonie, Rice Lake and Marshfield offer a huge base of commercial opportunities. Like my efforts in Minnesota I intend to work closely with the companies 75+ residential associates to assist them and their clients with their commercial needs. My contacts and affiliations with the Twin Cities will be a great asset to clients in Wisconsin. I cast a very large net and bring a much needed and expanded marketing program to the Central Wisconsin marketplace. Services offered include…..
